🎄 Merry Christmas from NP Family Practice 🎄

The holiday season is a time for joy, love, and reflection. At NP Family Practice, we are truly grateful for the trust and support you’ve shown us throughout the year. It’s our privilege to provide compassionate care to you and your loved ones, and we look forward to continuing to support your health and wellness journey in the coming year.

As we gather to celebrate with family and friends, let’s take a moment to appreciate the blessings in our lives. Whether it’s the warmth of loved ones, the peace of good health, or the promise of a fresh start in the new year, there’s so much to be thankful for.

During this festive season, remember to care for yourself just as much as you care for others. Here are a few tips for staying healthy and happy this holiday:

  1. Stay Active: Take a brisk walk after meals or play a fun game with your family.

  2. Enjoy in Moderation: Savor your favorite treats, but keep a balance to feel your best.

  3. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to keep your energy up and your body feeling great.

  4. Get Rest: Take breaks and make sure to get enough sleep to recharge.

Our clinic will be observing special holiday hours to allow our team to spend time with their families, but we’ll be back and ready to support you with your healthcare needs as we head into 2025!

Holiday Hours:

  • Christmas Eve: Open 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Christmas Day: Closed

  • New Year’s Eve: Open 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

  • New Year’s Day: Closed

From all of us at NP Family Practice, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a holiday season filled with health, happiness, and the company of those you hold dear.

Here’s to a joyful close to 2024 and a bright, healthy start to 2025!

With gratitude,

The NP Family Practice Team
